Ran is a certified public accountant with over 20 years of financial management experience including strategic planning, budget planning and control, treasury and accounting, operational legal and insurance experience.
 
Ran has vast experience in leading companies through growth, broad experience in all aspects of accounting, budgeting, taxes, planning and auditing, ISOX and financial management at public and private companies.
 
Ran served as the Israeli Ministry of Justice Controller.   
 
Ran also served as a CFO in worldwide organizations such as Plaza Center, a real-estate development company in Serbia and Czech Republic and ALTO Real Estate Funds leading financial, information technology, and operational activities.
